At Paws Plus Vet, we believe in extending our commitment to animal welfare beyond our clinic walls. Our Community Cats program is designed to provide essential medical care and support for feral and stray cats in our community. Through initiatives such as Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) and accessible veterinary services, we aim to improve the health and well-being of these feline populations while promoting responsible pet ownership. By partnering with local organizations and volunteers, we strive to create a healthier environment for all cats, ensuring they receive the care they deserve.

Community cats can be brought in on any surgery day with no appointment necessary—simply drop them off at 8:00 AM. For the safety of both the cats and our staff, we strongly recommend that cats arrive in a humane trap. Together, we can help control the population and improve the lives of community cats in our area.
Community Cats sterilization is a humane and effective way to manage community cat populations while improving their overall health and well-being. By sterilizing cats, we prevent overpopulation and reduce behaviors like fighting, yowling, and marking. Vaccination protects both the cats and the community from diseases like rabies, and ear-tipping provides a clear identifier that the cat has been cared for. Spay/Neuter and vaccinating promotes a healthier, more sustainable coexistence between community cats and their environment, making it a vital part of responsible animal welfare efforts.
